The Over the Gap Workshops series provides a roadmap to help determine how to get the job you want, and what to do to ensure you succeed. Using poweful methods and proven tools, along with personalized coaching, David Patterson's Workshops and approach to career change will help you create your own roadmap to career success.

Workshops are available individually as a series in 2 hour and 4 hour segments and as a day and a half workshop.

In keeping with the personalized coaching methods that have been so successful for Patterson's clients workshops will be limited to 10 people in each workshop.

Conference Breakout Sessions

Conference breakout sessions are designed to bring the issues of Leadership Development, Career Change and Change Management to the discussion forefront.

Talking with participants in their language about real life situations, I call on my experiences facing layoffs and leadership challenges as an executive, CEO, change agent, and entrepreneur to weave together stories, information and facts meaningful to your audience.
